100 days to Copenhagen opening

Internet activity suggests more interest in Glasgow than pundits predict
Research by The Copenhagen Building in Glasgow into the level of internet traffic on the development suggests that the commercial property market is more active – albeit not reflectED in deals yet - than is being mooted by analysts and popular commentators. 2009 Boost as £30M Copenhagen Building Tops Out
The IFSD has received a major boost with the topping out of the £30m Copenhagen building on Hope Street.
As part of the pipeline of 800,000 sq ft of Grade A office buildings currently on site in the IFSD, the Copenhagen development will open for business in June next year, bringing 65,000 sq ft of high quality office space to the District.

Glasgow's £30m Copenhagen Building Tops Out
Glasgow has received a major boost in advance of 2009 with the topping out of the £30m Copenhagen building on Hope Street in the heart of the city's international financial services district (IFSD).
The development team for the building consists of Chard Construction, Gordon Murray and Alan Dunlop Architects, Rex Procter & Partners and joint letting agents Colliers CRE and Knight Frank.
