The Search is on for the Uk's Top Property Entrepeneurs... A search has begun to find the Uk's most enterprising property entrepeneurs. The Bank of Scotland is launching a £30million nationwide competition to find some of the sector's most successful property wheeler-dealers. The bank's real estate team is offering three UK property pioneers, who show passion and a true entrepreneurial spirit, an intrest-free funding package for three years. For each of the three territories across the UK, £10m is being provided, with one successful company in each area obtaining the funding pot to help realise their property dreams. Called Search For Property Entrepreneurs, the three areas are Scotland and the North; Midlands and East Anglia; South and Wales. Nick Robinson, managing director of real estate at Bank of Scotland Corporate, said: "With the Search for property entrepreneurs, Bank of Scotland Corporate is again proving it's the first choice bank for entrepreneurs. "We hope our initiative will make the difference and help take our winners' businesses to the next level." In the first phase, short listed applicants in each territory will be given the opportunity to present their business idea to the judging panel and explain why their business should receive the overall £10m prize. Each group of finalists will then be invited to a prestigious event in their territory. The three regional winners will go forward to a national final in December, where the bank's overall Property Entrepreneur of the year will be named. The national winner will also receive a "money can't buy" prize of four days mentoring from Nick Leslau, one of the country's more successful property entrepreneurs. Entries are being accepted from today until June 9. For details visit www.thebossearch.co.uk |
